Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Create strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for technology adoption and ROI
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build cross-functional partnerships with product, marketing, and finance teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or related senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
