Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, Web3.0) for competitive integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic technology initiatives' ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
