Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech adoption

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or IoT architectures and implementation
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, APF) or strategic innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis for post-2025 technology landscapes
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required
