Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and future-tech workshops
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026+ tech trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of 2026+ tech landscape (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or Master's in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals/conferences
- Experience in scaling technology ventures from concept to market
