- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions and validate market viability
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
