Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and strategic alignment
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for emerging market opportunities
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Manage a portfolio of innovation pilots from concept to market validation
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry thought leaders and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching successful tech-driven initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and innovation frameworks
