Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance generative AI pipelines and architectures.
- Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model inference speed and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, context management, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Conduct rigorous evaluation and testing of AI models to ensure safety, bias mitigation, and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused on generative models or LLMs.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with model serving frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and NLP fundamentals.
