Responsibilities

- AGI Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for Artificial General Intelligence, focusing on safety, interpretability, and ethical alignment.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of cognitive modules into our autonomous hardware and software ecosystems.
- Research Leadership: Cultivate a culture of innovation, publishing cutting-edge research and mentoring junior engineers in cognitive science and machine learning.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate cognitive capabilities into user-facing features.
- Global Standards: Establish industry standards for ethical AI behavior and cognitive bias mitigation.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Proven Expertise: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on deep learning, transformers, or neural architecture search.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale R&D budgets.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Deep understanding of the trajectory of AI towards AGI and the technical hurdles involved.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
