As a key member of our Futures Lab, you will collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify exponential opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. You'll shape strategic narratives that position our organization as the undisputed leader in the next generation of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities across business units
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for future market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology strategy leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, WFS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and market disruption modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable impact
