Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure frameworks capable of processing exabytes of data by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers in developing proprietary algorithms for predictive modeling and natural language processing.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of deep learning models to ensure zero-latency inference.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the '2026' product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and C++. Deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
