Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines for autonomous agents.
- Optimize Large Language Model (LLM) inference and training performance.
- Lead technical strategy for the 2026 technology roadmap, including Vector Databases and Edge AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS or GCP.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
