Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructures optimized for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Lead the research and implementation of Autonomous AI Agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.
- Oversee the fine-tuning and alignment of open-source models to meet enterprise-grade security and privacy standards.
- Design robust evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure model performance in dynamic real-world scenarios.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate cutting-edge research into market-ready features.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI systems, specifically with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), specifically Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral).
- Experience with distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and Vector Databases.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural challenges.
