Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the core technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- System Design: Design and implement distributed systems using microservices and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- MLOps Strategy: Establish MLOps pipelines to streamline the deployment and monitoring of Machine Learning models in production.
- Tech Stack Definition: Select and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Vector Databases, Edge Computing) to drive project innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience architecting on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Scalability: Demonstrated ability to design systems that scale from prototype to enterprise level.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse engineering teams.
