Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for the Project 2026 autonomous systems.
- Lead a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists to drive model training and deployment pipelines.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms in reinforcement learning and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and hardware engineers, to integrate AI solutions into physical products.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI practices across all deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, Apache Spark).
- Strong track record of delivering complex AI products from concept to production.
