- Monitor and maintain server performance across AWS and Azure environments
- Collaborate with global teams using Jira, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
- Document incident reports and create detailed knowledge base articles
- Conduct proactive system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Train junior staff on troubleshooting methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with proven night shift experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or equivalent required
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and incident response
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with remote monitoring tools like Nagios or SolarWinds
