Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Manage ticket queues and prioritize critical incidents
- Document all interactions and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams during handover periods
- Conduct remote system maintenance and security updates
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for assigned client systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms
- Experience with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must reside in Denver metro area for timezone alignment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required
