Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and maintain server infrastructure, network systems, and cloud platforms during overnight shifts
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware/software issues via ticketing systems and remote access
- Execute scheduled system maintenance, updates, and security patches during low-traffic windows
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles with precision
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for continuity
- Conduct routine system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Linux systems
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud environments and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with high-pressure incident management
- Strong written communication for technical documentation and handover reports
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM MST with rotating weekend schedule
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
