Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Monitor and resolve critical network/server issues during overnight hours
- Execute scheduled maintenance and system updates with zero downtime
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during cross-continental handovers
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed context
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- CCNA or Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) highly valued
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
