- Monitor network infrastructure and resolve critical incidents during overnight hours
- Document tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Implement system patches and updates during maintenance windows
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train junior staff on escalation procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or similar schedules
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
