Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor system performance and security alerts during overnight hours
- Document incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and updates
- Train users on best practices for IT security
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in technical support role
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux OS and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
