Responsibilities
- Provide remote/on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure during night shifts
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues for internal teams and clients
- Document all support cases using ticketing systems and knowledge bases
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless issue escalation and resolution
- Deploy system patches, updates, and configurations during maintenance windows
- Train users on IT protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in 24/7 environments
- Strong expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency with remote support tools (TeamViewer, SCCM, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity protocols
