Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor network security and resolve critical alerts during overnight hours
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and updates during low-traffic periods
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during handover transitions
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Manage user access requests and account provisioning
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift experience preferred
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Excellent written communication for after-hours documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST, weekends as needed
