Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote/hybrid work background
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network connectivity and application issues
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and remote access tools
- Must reside in Long Beach, CA with reliable high-speed internet
