Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Resolve complex system outages and infrastructure issues during night shift hours
- Document all support tickets with detailed technical specifications
- Collaborate with global teams using Jira and ServiceNow platforms
- Proactively monitor system health and implement preventive measures
- Maintain 99.9% SLA compliance for critical business systems
- Contribute to knowledge base with troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
