Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues and escalate critical incidents
- Document all interactions in ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct system maintenance and updates during off-peak hours
- Develop knowledge base articles for recurring technical challenges
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or helpdesk environment
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
