Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical positions, including screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track key metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience during the night shift window.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse talent.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 7 PM - 4 AM or 10 PM - 7 AM).
