Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Conduct technical screening interviews and assess candidates' skills against role requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: from requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and candidate evaluation criteria
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and quality
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to build inclusive hiring practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing software engineers, DevOps, and data professionals
- Expertise in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever
- Strong technical acumen to assess candidates' technical skills and experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in remote/hybrid environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of meeting hiring KPIs and time-to-fill metrics
- Familiarity with Cleveland's tech ecosystem and talent market preferred
