Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized recruitment campaigns targeting specialized tech roles (AI, Cloud, DevOps)
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Optimize career pages and job postings for search engines and candidate experience
- Analyze talent market trends and competitor strategies to inform recruitment marketing
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define talent personas and skill requirements
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics (source-to-hire, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire)
- Mentor junior recruiters on SEO best practices and technical sourcing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or tech companies
- Proven SEO expertise with demonstrable results in recruitment marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean logic, X-Ray search, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Portfolio of successful SEO-driven recruitment campaigns
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Remote work experience with proven self-management capabilities
