Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities
- Manage applicant tracking system pipeline and optimize conversion rates
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate with hiring managers for efficient interviews
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for 15+ concurrent high-growth client engagements
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive intelligence on compensation and skills
- Mentor junior recruiters and implement best practices across the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in tech hiring
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Boolean strings)
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud technologies, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with engineering leadership
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and process optimization
- Experience with remote team collaboration and asynchronous workflows
- Certification in technical recruiting (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) preferred
