Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through proactive sourcing strategies and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth phone screenings and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand engineering and IT roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and refine recruitment strategies
- Leverage ATS platforms to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing approaches for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in sourcing IT/engineering talent
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and passive candidate identification strategies
- Strong knowledge of current tech stacks (cloud, AI, cybersecurity, etc.) and industry trends
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and ATS platforms
- Ability to thrive in autonomous work environments with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in volume-based recruitment scenarios
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PST) with weekend availability as needed
