Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and maintain system security, performance, and uptime during overnight shifts
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Proactively identify and escalate potential system vulnerabilities
- Train junior staff on support protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Conduct system backups and maintenance during low-traffic hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience or relevant technical certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and enterprise software suites
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site calls
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) preferred
