Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure systems during overnight hours
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover of critical issues
- Perform system maintenance and security updates during low-traffic periods
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers with detailed documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- 1+ years in technical support or helpdesk role
- Experience with Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
