Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shifts
- Respond to critical alerts and resolve system outages within SLA
- Perform scheduled maintenance, backups, and security updates
- Document incidents, changes, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless cross-shift handovers
- Implement proactive monitoring solutions to prevent downtime
- Contribute to IT process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
