Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to enterprise clients during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve complex system issues using remote diagnostic tools and protocols
- Monitor network infrastructure and proactively address security alerts
- Document all support tickets with detailed technical specifications
- Collaborate with global support teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Train junior specialists on advanced troubleshooting methodologies
- Implement system patches and updates during maintenance windows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise-level IT support or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Windows/Linux systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and networking
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
