Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for mission-critical systems during night shift hours
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot provided IT equipment (servers, networking hardware, security systems)
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and equipment status in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Conduct equipment audits and inventory management
- Respond to emergency alerts within SLA response times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of IT support or technical operations experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for equipment transport
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs of equipment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
