Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Execute system backups, updates, and security protocols during low-traffic periods
- Document incidents, resolutions, and performance metrics in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and continuity
- Respond to emergency alerts with precision and minimal downtime
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for overnight operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, server, and application issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
