Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems during overnight shifts
- Provide immediate technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Execute scheduled system maintenance, updates, and security patches during off-peak hours
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover and continuity of support
- Conduct system health checks and performance optimization tasks
- Respond to critical alerts and escalate urgent issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT support or system administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and remote support tools
- CompTIA Network+ or similar certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for equipment maintenance tasks
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
