- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure smooth transition and continuity of service
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security checks during off-peak hours
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat support channels
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in a 24/7 environment
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems and enterprise networking
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
