- Monitor and maintain system infrastructure during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex software and hardware issues
- Execute scheduled system updates, patches, and security protocols
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Contribute to process optimization and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, database, and application issues
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional written communication for documentation and escalations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
