Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows OS, networking, and cloud services
- Document all cases in ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations
- Maintain SLA compliance with <95% first-contact resolution
- Participate in monthly cross-training sessions for skill expansion
- Monitor system health alerts and perform preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No technical experience required – we provide all training!
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy (typing, internet navigation)
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
