Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Document incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with global support teams during escalation scenarios
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential disruptions
- Maintain detailed knowledge base articles for recurring issues
- Conduct end-user training sessions for new deployments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure preferred
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows Server and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer/RDP)
