Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for hardware/software issues during night hours
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, networks, and cloud systems
- Deploy and configure provided equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals)
- Document all troubleshooting procedures and resolution steps
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless issue handover
- Perform preventative maintenance on company-provided systems
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- 2+ years in IT support or technical maintenance role
- Experience with Windows/Linux systems and network troubleshooting
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment pickups)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
