Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues including network security protocols
- Document all incidents in ticketing systems with detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with global teams during critical security incidents
- Conduct proactive system monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and escalation procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or on-call exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts
- Must reside within 50 miles of Fort Worth for occasional on-site requirements
