Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to enterprise clients via remote channels (Chat, Email, Phone) during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to escalate complex issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Participate in nightly system maintenance and security patching activities.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential outages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during off-hours.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification (CompTIA A+ or Network+) is a plus.
