Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets via phone and live chat during evening and overnight hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity for end-users.
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication to clients regarding their technical concerns.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of any outstanding issues.
- Identify recurring technical trends and provide feedback to improve our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, IT helpdesk, or technical support is preferred.
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
