Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Conducting phone screens and interviews to assess technical and soft skills.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track pipeline progress.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Building a strong talent pipeline for future openings.
- Providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Must be located in or willing to work from the Fort Worth, TX area (or fully remote).
