Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log all support interactions and ticket resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Guide customers through software installations, updates, and security configurations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication standards.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or IT help desk.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to troubleshoot common peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) is preferred.
