Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth screening and interviews of technical candidates via phone and video calls.
- Source passive talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and tech communities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple open positions in the IT sector.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with standard recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
