Responsibilities
- Screen and source qualified candidates using various applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Conduct initial phone screens and virtual interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Post job advertisements on top job boards and social media platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment pipeline from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate schedules between hiring managers and candidates for virtual interviews.
- Provide exceptional communication and follow-up to candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the team to refine recruitment strategies and employer branding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to commit to 20-30 hours per week.
