Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive and passive sourcing using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment for assigned requisitions, including job posting creation and candidate communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to create a talent pool for future openings.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting without constant supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable high-speed internet connection.
